Your CV, read by
a robot first

Before any recruiter sees your CV, a piece of software reads it and sorts it. Nuvi writes your CV so it gets through. That software is called an ATS.

Why you hear nothing back

A robot reads your CV before anyone does.

You type your line above and watch it happen: some words stay, some are dropped. Your whole CV goes through the same thing at every company you apply to. Nuvi writes it so nothing gets thrown out.

What the software looks for
Your name and how to reach youFound, or lost. Nothing in between.
Each job title and each employerA real job title. “Hospitality professional” is not one.
The datesFrom when to when. “For years” does not count.
What you achieved, in numbers“Team of 12” counts. “Led a large team” does not.

It looks for exactly this, and nothing else. What it cannot find, it throws away, and no human ever sees it.

Who it is for

For everyone who applies.

Whatever the job, a robot reads your CV first. Nuvi works for every CV, from a first job to a management role. These are the jobs people apply to most, where it is needed most often.

How it works

Three steps. Ten minutes.

No template to fill in. You start from the CV you already have.

01

Drop your CV

A PDF, a Word file, a photo of it, or your LinkedIn page. Nuvi reads it in a second, for free, before you decide anything.

02

Paste the job ad

Nuvi rewrites your CV for that job, using only what you have already done. It never makes anything up.

03

Download and send

One page, in PDF or Word, that the sorting software reads from the first line to the last.

Six layouts

Pick the one that looks like you.

All six get through the sorting software. We check it every time we change anything.

Our rule

Nuvi never makes anything up.

Ten years stay ten years. A team of twelve stays a team of twelve. Nuvi only changes how it is written, so the software finds it. If you cannot defend a line in an interview, it is not on your CV.

Same facts, written so the software finds them

a decade of experience → 10 years
improved the business → 78% beverage GP
hospitality professional → Bar Manager
led a large team → team of 12

Nothing is added here. The years are the same years, the work is the same work. Only the wording changed, and with it whether the software can file it.

What you get

A whole CV, written for one job, ready to send.

Not one sentence: every part of it. Paste the ad, Nuvi rewrites the CV for that ad and hands you the file.

  1. Paste the ad.
  2. Nuvi rewrites every part for it.
  3. Send the file.
After the CV

Nuvi stays with you until the interview.

Cover letter
